  •  Water
  • One pack Instant Jelly
  • 1/2 cup Sagudana (tapioca)

  • 3 cups milk

  • 2-3 tbsp Condensed milk
  • ice cubes


Take 2 cups of water, boil it and add instant jelly cook it for at least 10 min. Then refrigerate it until set after cut the jelly into pieces. Afterwards, take a pan, add 3 cups of water, bring it to a boil and add sagudana. Cook it on a medium flame for 13 to 14 minutes and then strain it. Take a jug, add milk, rose syrup and condensed milk. Stir it well and set it aside. Take a jar to add all the ingredients one by one. Firstly add ice cubes, jelly, sagudana, Tukham Balanga (basil seeds) and lastly, add prepared mill and stir all the ingredients well and you are ready to serve.

(e) Falsa Juice:
